POP is joining Marvel!

When we launched POP in 2012, we wanted to create an app that allowed anyone to bring their ideas to life, regardless of design or technical skill. Fast forward to today and over 500,000 students, entrepreneurs and businesses around the world have used POP to create and share their ideas.   Earlier this year, the POP team moved on to new adventures, leaving the platform in need of a new home. We reached out to the folks at Marvel and it was clear that our visions for the design industry were perfectly aligned and they would be a great home for the millions of designs and projects on POP. So I'm excited to say that POP is joining Marvel to continue to power your ideas, designs and prototypes. We've worked hard on ensure it's a seamless transition.   Here's what you need to know:   All POP projects will be transferred to Marvel and continue to be accessible and editable. You'll also get access to tons of new features including User Testing tools and team collaboration. The transfer to Marvel will take place in December. If you are paying for POP, you will get a Marvel Pro account for the exact same period. Large organisations using POP can switch to Marvel Company or Enterprise plans by emailing enterprise@marvelapp.com   Read more about what this means for you on the Marvel blog. The Institution of Attention

It's fascinating – fascinatingly unfortunate – that in the places where the internet grows people are still missing the role of the feminine dynamic. Women place so much value on Attention because it's long been known, so long it's practically fundamental, that Attention is the metric of value.

The internets do more than remind us of this... they're binding us to it. Traffic is revenue. If that's unfamiliar you might want to ponder it over your coffee. The hands follow the eyes and the wealth follows the hands. All things are done in respect to our passion - our desires. We can create / manifest / organize anything if they're strong enough. That is to say if our attention is strong enough.

People with weak attention give disservice to it's true power.... along with everything else in which they divest their own strength and light. Appropriately enough, it's part of the core message in every 'how to be an awesome man / woman' book.

Make attention an institution in your life and see what changes.

Standard of care

This extends from the legal binding services, as law and engineering,
not only into the medical services but also into the interpersonal
dimension of daily meeting. The presence of another shall receive the
attention and memory of ours, else our infirmity should commit us to
recuperation.

Entryway Maintenance

The color of baseboards and lower walls in the entry should be considered in any home.  White, or a pastel, is commonly laid down in home design, yet this color range is easily marred by the black rubber of shoe soles.  

Since having guests should be encouraged, those endeavoring to keep a white entryway must also take with it the costs of regular repainting or resurfacing.  Since cleanliness is the sharing of excellence, this is a wonderful treat for yourself, your family, and guests. 

Those without the capacity to keep white entry surfaces clean would do well to seek a different color for their foyer.  If you're renting and can't work with your homeowner (pity for them) then you can at least lay down a long carpet or runner in the entryway to pick up dirt and manage the scuffing.  The carpet can then move with you, and develops your sense of style.  The clever person in this place may also think to use a dark, tastefully subdued, and well-cut contact paper to cover the baseboards in coordination with the carpet / runner.
